“The doctor just told me that i have a Geographic Tongue and there's nothing i can really do about it!!!. It can get very sore and uncomfortable to eat any advice??
(I eat healthily and am other ways in great shape)

Geographic tongue, or migratory glossitis is totally normal.
The reason you may get spots on your tongue can range anywhere from being stressed or being hormonal, like getting your period.
The tongue is covered with tiny papillae that shed with time, like hair. Only with Geographic tongue, some areas shed papillae at a much faster rate, leaving bald spots that look and feel raw.
There's no cure BUT you can avoid certain foods to make the experience less painful. Anything citrus like lemon or pineapple, tomato sauces, anything super hot, coffee, pizza, etc.
It can be annoying but sometimes it will go away. I have a few friends who have it and have had it forever and haven't gotten rid of it yet.
Try rinsing with Biotene mouthwash. It's usually for people who have dry mouth but it can soothe the soreness you may feel. Also, the Mayo Clinic has some treatment options that you can discuss with your doctor here:
